Situated on the impressive coast of the eastern Algarve and set amid almost undisturbed nature, the Club is discreetly nestled between two of the best and most exciting golf courses in Portugal: the 18-hole courses at Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cima. Faro airport is approximately 45km (28 miles) away. It is only 16km (10 miles) to the Spanish border from the port of Vila Real de Santo Antonio. There is a long, sandy island stretching out off the coast, which lies in the middle of the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. Access to the island depends on the tide and is restricted to people on foot (at low tide it is around 20 to 30 minutes’ walk).

Vila Real Santo António Sports Centre
The Vila Real Santo António Sports Centre is certainly one of Southern Europe’s most complete sports training centers and is the ideal venue for all sports at all levels.
Located in Vila Real de Santo António, Eastern Algarve, this Training Centre is also home to the Portuguese Olympic Committee where Portuguese international athletes regularly train.
The sports complex features state of the art sporting facilities with a focus on football, teams sports, swimmers, triathlon, athletics (track & field), strength and conditioning and rehabilitation facilities.
The sports complex is located next to the Vila Real de Santo António forest and only a short walking distance to the beach and to the Avenida Marginal.
